Uploading on file hosting sites less than a minute

Today i'll tell you that how to upload files(bigger or smaller) of size upto 200mb or more onto sharing sites like hotfile.com rapidshare.com etc. If we wanna upload a file of 200mb sized thn on 1mb connection it takes almost  more than 2 hours. But the method which i describes now can upload a file ,size doesnt matter how big is it, can be upload in few moments.
    First of all sign up on that site whom you wanna upload a content.For example(we take an example of rapidshare.com which is one of biggest sharing site over internet):

               
Now open another file hosting website which has the file whom you wanna upload.Here i take the exaple of mediafire.com:

 Now paste the link that we taken from mediafire.com(or any other file hosting website) into above box and click on add links.Take another example of  hotfile.com:

THATS IT you have done it in less than a minute. Copying the correct address is a critical work to do in this trick.
